2 quarts white vinegar
2 quarts water
1 bottle Bubble’s Q Sauce

Ask your butcher to cut the ribs into three pieces
lengthwise across the bones.
Mix the vinegar and water. Reserve a pint of the

Light charcoal and grill the rib strips for about 45
minutes, turning them every seven to ten
minutes, and basting with the reserved liquid.
Remove meat and cut between the bones. Toss
with sauce and place in a pan in a 200 degree
oven, covered for at least two hours. Serve with
plenty of napkins.
