Because our BBQ sauces are food items, all sales are final once the product has shipped.
For the safety and quality of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any consumable goods, including sauces, rubs, or gift sets.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
