Delivery times vary based on your location:

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Because BBQ sauce is a perishable product, we take extra care in warmer months.
We may use insulated packaging or adjust shipping schedules to ensure your sauces arrive safely and in good condition.

💥 Damaged or Leaking Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your shipment, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
If it still cannot be found, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
